Not great -- very disappointed!
This used to be the Hotel Husa del Arte Madrid, and was one of the best in its class (4 star). It has been changed to Radison Red, and has the feeling of a nightclub. The constant music is horribly loud, and the staff is not helpful or knowledgable. I give the hotel 2 stars.

A very nice hotel friendly staff, and very clean. The music played in the entrance and around the ground floor was usually far to loud ( total unnecessary) it may be appreciated by some but not by everyone.

Very depressing rooms. The black color combination of the rooms and the corridor are senseless. When you walk through the corridors you will feel suffocation and claustrophobia. Very little lighting. Wonder who is the architect!!

I stayed in a room w terrace. Room is relatively small but the terrace space was worth it. The staff were super helpful. Would come again. Super close to bus stop, train station, museum Reina Sofia was a block away and Museo del Prado about 3 blocks. Many places to buy drinks and food around.

Top drawer staff. Everyone was not only knowledgeable and courteous, but genuinely friendly and helpful. Young, chic vibe, but the No, did not make its way up to the rooms. My only Negative critique was the restaurant was very pricey, causing us to eat elsewhere. Highly recommend.

No Air Conditioning working and we have to sleep with the window open. Apparently not only happened to us, we saw many other windows open. Administration does not solve the problem and no room available for relocation. Ask for a discount and the manager needs to authorize. And guess what, never show his face. Also very crowd and dark decoration. Not recommended.

Dog friendly and relaxing stay!
We were travelling with our 2 dogs, a German shepherd and a Pomeranian, the hotel was dog friendly and was welcoming upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again, really nice clean, modern room and facilities were really good! Really good price for room and location.
