The staff were lovely and friendly. The resort taxi service is a bonus charged at a fixed price. Breakfast was ok. The property is old could have a better look with abit of facelift.

Excellent staff service Staff was very friendly and helpfull, we had no issues with facility, staff kept our 9 pieces of luggage in storage 2 days in advance prior to checkin in on our request. We very highly recommend TokaToka Resort to anyone. We will definitely rebook this resort which is very convenient to us close to airport and shuttle service also provided. Thank you Toka Toka Resort.

The rooms are OK and the cleanliness was good. Food is the real problem - breakfast offering is very very ordinary. Had dinner there once and it was dreadful. The menu is very limited and the quality was not good. To be avoided. However, there is not much choice in the neighbourhood as an alternative. Food is better at the Gateway next door.

Tokatoka was great for a one night stay prior to heading to the airport early the next morning. The pool and playground facilities are great for kids. Accommodation is a bit old and could do with some updating, but it’s fine for what it is. Food and staff were fine, it’s not supposed to be fine dining, so for us the food was adequate. Only real complaint would be the windows let a lot of sound through, so it was a bit noisy at times. If you’re looking for a high end resort, this is not what this place offers, but if you want one or two nights either side of a longer stay, then this place works well and caters well for kids.

we stayed twice during this holiday before and after other other resort . The staff were great, all our needs were catered for . The pickup and return shuttle to the airport was quick and effective .All in all a great airport hotel and good value too.

Great resort close to the airport with a free shuttle. The rooms are clean and tidy and a comfortable bed! The food in the restaurant was nice, Can be a bit hard to get service when it’s busy. There’s a great pool and new playground just completed for kids. It can be noisy if you stay in the rooms by the sun road but all the rooms away from the road were fine.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite was as not the same that were in photos. very low water pressure room stated it was a king size bed was only a queen. There is no rain head shower.mould around bath tub water pressure was that bad. It took half an hour for the toilet to refill. Didn’t even try to fill the bathtub. Would advise not to pay the extra for a suite room. otherwise staff and checking and airport Transport was excellent!! buffet breakfast was ordinary better off ordering off the menu pool area was good. excluding the room ,would rate it 4 out of 5. for staff friendliness and close to the airport

In hygienic laundry service. They wash my clothes and returned it in the same dirty bag that I gave them. I demanded rewash in a separate clean bag that they did .

We were given incorrect info on Sunday church service. Disappointing to arrive with just five minutes to go. Noisy neighbours until 2am before our early departure. Porter did not show up to assist with bags at departure. Pleasant villa room in garden setting. Restaurant staff helpful. Nice pool, family friendly.

The staff at this hotel deserve every praise, their service is top notch and better than some 5 star hotels! From the reception, to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, everyone was super helpful, friendly and genuine. The food was also great for the price. It's a family friendly hotel and the onsite gym is better equipped than some 5 star hotels. If you are here for longer than an overnight stay, opt for rooms away from the main road as it can be quite noisy.

At this point, I am very sure that I will not check this hotel again. This hotel's bathroom had no water pressure, and the cleanliness was very poor. The staff was friendly and told people what the upper so-called management had instructed them. But it could have been a better experience.
