The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel boasts modern interior design and high-quality finishes. However, the complimentary bottled water is limited to a welcome drink, and the air conditioning is fixed at 21 degrees Celsius, which can make the rooms uncomfortably warm during hot summer days. Additionally, street noise can be an issue, depending on the traffic and pedestrian activity outside.

great hotel! It’s in the outsides of the city but it’s right next to El Carmen metro station and it’ll take 5-6 stops to get to the center (20 min max). It’s super clean and modern; I’d definitely stay here again.

Bravo Rafaelhoteles Ventas!!
The staff at reception were very welcoming, friendly, helpful, patient, efficient, professional and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean and had a lot of space. The facilities in the bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was extremely good and the staff at breakfast very professional, helpful and efficient. The hotel was in an excellent location with great transport links.
