First when we arrived their check in time is supposedly at 2pm however we had to wait until 3.20pm to get our room. As an excuse for the late check in we were told that we are Expedia customers and are getting some special gifts that’s why it’s taking longer then the regular check in time. However we did not get any gifts when we were in our room. Then we found an expired beer in our fridge which was expired in April 2024. Since we did not drink we simply advised the staff about it and did not care further. Nonetheless it left a bitter feeling since the thought kept coming to my mind if they are serving expired beer in the fridge how the quality of their food will be. Afterwords we need to advise the staff literally 3 times to fix the air conditioning since it was not working and we had 40 degrees Celsius.
We were also advices twice that the sofa bed will be made soon. When we returned to our room at 10.45pm it was still not made. So we called reception and told them that our son would like to sleep.
The food is very basic and repetitive.
Aquapark is nice however closes from 12-2pm which is peak time in the heat.
There are 4 a la cart dinner restaurants however only one is included in the All Inclusive program, if you want to visit more then one then you would have to pay which is the first time I’ve experienced from over 25 resorts I’ve visited do far.
Overall be very mindful when choosing this resort!
