Overall it was great! The staff was very friendly. It was a very busy weekend at this hotel and only one elevator. There was a homeless camp set up right behind the hotel.

This was afree for all. A hockey team with parents were staying at hotel as well. Kids screaming, playing hockey in lobby common area. People took over common areas and were loud until very late in the night. Terrible nights sleep. The bathroom was dirty,, just wasn't a good stay. Won't be visiting again

Despite calling ahead and asking about amenities, we got to the hotel (non refundable of course) and the hot tub was closed. We gave the pool a try, and it was full of floating hairs with a very strong scent of chlorine. The floor around the pool was covered in sand/dirt. Overall, we got out within minutes due to feeling dirty. The woman at the front desk was less than pleasant as we were checking in. Overall, would not return when there are better options very close nearby.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good with a lot of different options, and the staff was exceedingly friendly. The hotel was convenient to the Capitol Center for the Arts and several dining options. I would stay there again.

It was clean, convenient and had a suite with refrigerator and microwave. We had a family gathering at a nearby restaurant. Afterwards, we came back to our suite and could chat as late as we liked. The staff was all friendly and hard working. We will stay with them again.
