We had a bad experience checking in but they tried to remedy that by apologizing and sending us a beautiful chocolate sungka set. We appreciated this very much. My daughter had a fever the second night and we were glad for the medic on hand. Received multiple calls and messages the next day to settle my bill immediately. This made me feel a bit off as I was going to do it during checkout anyway. That second night when my partner came back on his motorcycle, a female guard also gave him attitude without apologizing after he verified that he was a hotel guest. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and this is still one of the best hotels in Manila.
