Delay to check in and room. Or available j til over an hour past check in time. Staff were lovely but swamped at the check in desk- foyer was chaotic with two separate music systems playing close by in foyer and the bar area. Room clean and bathroom a good size. Cafe down stairs was excellent and the bar tender in the lobby bar was also an asset to the hotel.

Staff are not very friendly. When you check in they make you wait for long time because your room will be assigned to you only when they see you in person. Once they give your the room card you are not sure which room and floor you are staying because the number does not make sense. Moreover there is not instruction on how to access free wifi & how dial from your room to talk to lobby. Thats because they dont bother telling anything at all.
