The staff was very accommodating and the continental breakfast had a good selection. The bed was comfortable as well. The wall is definitely thin. If you are looking for five star hotel with huge bathroom and etc, this isn’t it; however, if you are looking for a decent price hotel with pool with breakfast included and very accommodating stuff, this is your place :) the standard two queen room has a kitchenette as well with mini fridge!

Great Best Western standard, clean quiet comfortable. The best Hotel on our BC round trip. Despite being on a mafor road, the sound proffness is good enough to keep the traffic noise out, not like all the old hotels you meet all over BC.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times before. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful and fresh (buffet style) and the rooms clean and comfortable. There’s plenty of free parking and there’s a comfort food type restaurant (Home Restaurant) across the road for dinner or lunch.

This is a great place for an overnight stay, the price was good and the beds were very comfortable. The check in was quick, everything was great. The only thing is the neighborhood is a little down, and some people chatting outside our room after we went to sleep, there was no sound proofing it came in quite loud.

The neighbours were loud, and the front desk professional handled it very well. We understand this is an unfortunate event out of control of the hotel. That being said, I do wish we had a better sleep before my medical appointments and tests the next day

Location okay but difficult to exit onto highway. Bathroom was miniscule, hard to close the door without straddling the toilet. Very cramped conditions. Poor condition, gauges in walls, metal bed frames clanged. A/C whistled. Will not be back even though it is cheaper. Just not up to what I would consider Best Western standards.
