Wonderful two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of Block B of the well-known Skol building, with south orientation and great views over the communal pools and the sea. On the beachfront in Marbella centre, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.

The holiday home comprises: access to the third floor by lift, access to the apartment by stairs only, large living room with TV with some international channels, sitting area and dining area, open kitchen with everything you need to cook such as oven, hob, refrigerator, pans, etc., access to the private furnished terrace with wonderful views over the pools and sea, first and second bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe to store your belongings, and two full bathrooms with bathtubs.
