Good food; annoying Fortezza Team
Positives: the food served at the main restaurant was pretty good; we reserved a land view room, but had a view of the ocean and pool; each building has its own pool & lots of beach access, so you don't have to worry about it being crowded or finding loungers; weather was lovely; front desk agent speaks English and was very helpful; spa attendant was great
Negatives: only a few employees speak English; and the worst part is the "Fortezza team." They are a bunch of young kids that what it looks like, are the "hype men" of the resort; they go around screaming to "pump up the crowd" and randomly sit with guests to chat them up....maybe their job is to get influencers for the resort? It was more annoying than anything; they also travel in groups and once at lunch cut us off from one of the lunch lines and another time couldn't get around them to get to the pool bar. Hotel is also a bit outdated. Found several bugs in our room when we returned from dinner, even though the balcony doors were closed.
Wouldn't come back. Also about 20 minutes from the city.
