Our few days in this Hotel were awesome. We are grateful to Queen Manal 👍❤️🙏 - one of the front desk managers and her team (Dunya, Dua, Revana, etc) for their warm welcome, hospitality, generosity and their amazing and top-notch customer relationship management and client orientation skills, but above all for their kindness and commitment to excellence in making us feel at home and very welcomed. The hotel’s amenities are of course top luxury class and standards: best location with steps away from the Masjid al Haram, amazing views from the lobby and from our room, easy access to shops (MotherCare❤️), supermarket (BinDawood❤️), restaurants, coffee and cakes places (Camel Step❤️ + Ratio❤️ + B-Laban ❤️), all the favorite places of my wife!!! Beyond the amenities and the luxury, we highly appreciated the people the people the people, including room service staff. JazakAllahu khayran to all of you. Our little prince fully enjoyed the impressive, illuminated and large hotel lobby, particularly the well decorated and beautiful traditional Arabian tent and sitting arrangements!

Since this hotel opened more than 12 years ago, I have not preferred to stay in anything other than it, as it is closest to the Grand Mosque, and the level of service, cleanliness of the rooms, and comfort.

Horrible stay, 2-star parading as a 5-star
It was pretty substandard for a 5-star hotel. Service quality was absolutely horrible. Several things in the room weren’t working, including the AC. Housekeeping was non-existent. WiFi was garbage, unable to support any real work. Only good thing was its location. They could really use fresh new towels. Rooms can be extremely cold with AC fan constantly running. AC system needs adjusted to where the fan can go off once set temperature is reached.

In general my stay in the Hotel was excellent. Very close to Haram, friendly staff, and clean. I have two small comments, would not affect the total rate, are : 1. The property little old, things need to be renewed. 2. The restaurant is good with variety of choices, but it is not organized well. Food are scattered everywhere, you have to pass thru all the tables to find what you need.
