Not what I expected. Construction going around is too much..will delay you a lot. Not a lot of variety in buffet options. Too many shopping distractions & the smell of their oud is tooo strong. Best thing about hotel- you are not even 5 min walk from the Haram. Housekeeping is excellent & on time, but there's delays in trying to reach out to reception/front desk people. Overall I expected more from a '5 star Hilton'. Was more like a 4/5 for my wife & I.

I recently stayed at your property with my elderly parents, and while the location was ideal for our needs, I wanted to provide some feedback based on our experience. Due to a delay in our flight caused by Saudi Airlines' rescheduling for technical reasons, we arrived two days later than planned. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate this with the hotel were met with little success, as we encountered difficulties in reaching anyone by phone or receiving timely responses to our emails. Additionally, upon our delayed arrival, we were informed that the fees for late check-in could not be waived, despite the circumstances being beyond our control. This was disappointing, as we had hoped for some understanding given the unprecedented situation. On our check-in day, we unfortunately missed breakfast. Despite the circumstances, we were not offered a refund or a replacement meal, which was disheartening. We appreciated the gesture from the manager who upgraded our rooms. However, we only stayed for one night before heading to Madinah, so we were unable to fully enjoy this upgrade. Overall, while there were aspects of the stay that were positive, the challenges we faced during our arrival and the subsequent lack of flexibility and communication marred our experience. Excellent stay at Hilton suites
The location of this hotel is excellent. Minutes away from the Haram. The room we stayed in was clean, matress firm and room service excellent. If i come back to Makkah i will be staying here.
