I stayed for 3 nights. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I enjoyed everything about this except for a couple of minor things - TV channels were very limited and there was no guide available or a way to increase the brightness (picture was too dark). The fridge is so tiny and not much fits inside - the freezer had a huge ice block and started leaking water so I put a rolled up washcloth inside and it was fine. The AC would not stay on. It cut on and off all night which kept me from sleeping well. The fan stays on but the temperature would go up and it got too hot. No big deal, it was tolerable. Other than those little things, my stay was just fine. :)

Good overall, even with the water main break
Even though we had no running water for around 1.5-2 days due to the water main break in the area, the front desk staff were accommodating. We were able to get a refund for 1 out of 2 of our nights, and get a discount on a future stay we booked at the front desk. Free water bottles were available. They offered us free breakfast, although we had already driven out of the area early in the morning to buy our own water for showering and drinking, and eat out for breakfast.

The door to our bathroom would not close, the shower curtain didnā€™t close all the way leaving water on the floor. One elevator for the entire building made for longer wait times. Under the impression there was a complimentary breakfast but it seems the only thing we found was Starbucks and the bistro was pay as you go. For the money we paid, poor.

Checking on Saturday evening the man at the desk I apologize I don't know his name. I was very tired, was excellent. I had difficulties with my air conditioning and not only did he correct the problem, but he followed up and made sure that I was comfortable. It is so rare to find someone so dedicated.

Wellā€¦ we had a place to sleep I guess.
Iā€™ll start off by saying that our stay was very short, one night, because we came to Harrisburg for a concert. Upon checking in, we went to our room and found the sink in the bathroom did not drain. The shower was not completely clean, and the pillow had possibly a blood stain on it. I figured it was passable because we only needed a place to crash after the concert. Well! Sleep was not on the menu because the room did not have a working AC, so the temp was 78 all night. We left early in the morning to escape. Then to top it all off, I have a charge on my debit card for meals that I never ordered. $54.80 to be exact. What meals theyā€™re referring to, I have no idea. I called them to remedy this two days ago and have not yet gotten my refund. I would never stay here again, better off sleeping in my car!

Hotel was good but the toilet became clogged. They did offer if I wanted to change rooms. Or did I want to try to unclog with a plunger. This happened it the evening. After I used the plunger the toilet flush. Three flush later it happened again. The hotel and maintenance snake it. It seemed fixed but again in clogged again. We left the next morning I reported it as still not right.
