Placed in wrong room, Twice. No sheets on 1 bed, wasn't cleaned well. Elevator was bumpy. Rusty Tub and Sink. After 15 years staying at same location, through different brands names IDK if I'll be back.

The accommodation was adequate only. The bathroom really needed updating as the toilet kept running all night and was very loud keeping me awake. The base of the toilet had some type of seal that was falling off on the bottom of the toilet where it meets the floor, The shower was old.

This was a great stay for what we were looking for. Clean, convenient, comfortable and close to Hershey Park which is where we were headed. We stayed at the hotel two nights during our short stay in Pennsylvania. The breakfast at the hotel was definitely a plus and helpful especially if traveling on a budget. Waffle maker was a hit w the kids. The pool was also a plus; it kept the kids busy and they enjoyed it. Gym is small, clean and sufficient for those looking for a quick workout. The location is about 30 minutes from Hershey Park. Within a 5-8 minute drive there is a Walmart, Target, Starbucks, Chik-Fil-A, Ross, gas station and other convenient stores. Would recommend Angelo’s Pizzeria about 8 minutes away. Good prices & good pizza especially if you’re traveling w a large group. Staff at the hotel was also friendly and responsive to any inquiries that we had. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Really dirty hotel that doesn’t turn on the air conditioning in the public areas even when it’s above 90 degrees! Not professionally ran and absolutely unclean. Found something like seeds sprouting from carpet and dirty marks all over the rooms and unclean bathroom. Please stay elsewhere.

Great location for us. Lobby area was neat and clean but ac was not on (?) felt really humid for sure. Room was nice and clean, a few maintenance issues (bathroom baseboard detached etc) but nitpicking a little.

Our suite that we booked and paid for was not available due to broken air conditioning and we were put in a standard room and not refunded the difference for the suite. It was so hot in the lobby and common areas and not very accommodating.
