The hotel is priced more than three time than it is worth. It is located in dirty and shabby locality and charging price for prime location. Expedia must review its listing and pricing. It is located too close for a cab to be available and offers extremely dangourous pathway crossing highways and roads to Haram and extremely dangerous to walk. Property house keeping is very low standard nit a single star. I hope Expedia will reimburse the higher price.

Excellent staff and very good location near to Masjid Al Nabawi (about 10 minutes walk) and local outdoor markets. Washing machine facilities also available which is a big advantage of staying here. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

Hotel was closed!
The hotel was closed on the day of arrival. There was closed sign on the door, enforced by local authorities. There was no communication from hotel or hotels.com. We had to roam around the city to find alternative hotel with kids and luggage in a taxi. We ended up going to so many hotels and all were full and were expensive due to the same day booking. We ended up paying extra to taxi driver too.

Checkin was not good. Hotel hadnt advised they closed down 20 days ago. Luckily they managed to get me rooms but wernt allowed in reception area. Had i been notified, i couldve looked elsewhere. Not happy with the poor communication

Actually I was cheated because 1. When I booked it shows 9 to 10 minutes from Masjid Al Nawabi but it nearly 20 minutes through a unsafe route. 2. Very insufficient facilities 3. Toilet facilities is very poor 3.very small and a narrow window 4. Place of this property is dangerously underdeveloped and messy 5. The fear price of this property not more than £25 however they charged £51. I am completely dissatisfied.
