Required parking fees
Be aware there is a $25 valet parking fee for each night you stay. This is required to park on the property. This fee is not included with the stay. We were told you could park in the sketchy public garage down the street free of charge. However the garage clearly states no overnight parking. If that isn't an issue for you the hotel seems fine.

Love your hotel, the only thing I’d comment on is the shampoo it’s rosemary based and unless you like that smell, it can be a bit offensive. But awesome place to stay!

The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. We received a text shortly after check-in encouraging us to reach out for any help. I did, more than once! One example: I needed to print about 3 pages of a document. I texted and they said just email it to the front desk and they would print it. Sure enough, it was done next time I stopped by. This is an excellent boutique hotel, nicely redone and with a terrific rooftop restaurant and bar. The one and only negative is a train nearby that blows its whistle every night as it comes through. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be annoying, but earplugs would do the trick. I would absolutely stay here again, in a heartbeat!

I always try to stay at this hotel as it’s near downtown, easy access to shops, and right on bridge over to ocean. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Too Noisy
The hotel is very noisy. Sounded like there was a gym above us and every car with a louad exaust or motorcycle that drove down the road we heard clear as day. Then there is the train that runs often right by the hotel and blows its horn every time. The rooms are not sound proof at ALL!
