When I arrived with my family the lobby was pretty but that was about it. The room was old and dirty. The shower had someoneā€™s hair in it, the refrigerator didnā€™t work and was also dirty, my daughterā€™s pillow had yellow stains on it. Letā€™s just say it was so gross I checked for bed bugs. The mattress was old and they put a topper on it, the sheets felt like the paper towels the

Solid stay
Nice big hotel and overall a solid stay. The shower was a bit confusing to operate but once you figure it out its nice and hot. Two great pools inside and out and very clean and the indoor pool was heated. The hotel hosts alot of banquets and shows where the common rental gets lost in a bit. Stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned or restocked but was with my Sons so we managed. Only big negative was I wanted to leave a tip for the room cleaners but no one in lobby,bar,food places or starbucks would break a bill to do so. Also for a huge Hilton to not have a microwave in the room but one shared one in the lobby was a bit odd.

The men's restroom near the entrance to the hotel was out of order from at least Friday to at least Sunday. The hotel room I was given had gum stuck on the carpet and several areas on which there was debris. I doubt it was vacuumed. The mini fridge was in a cabinet that was rotting away and looked absolutely awful. I will not stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights due to home renovations so we live close by. This was a great choice being close to home and everything was clean and updated. My son loved the pool and hot tub. Nice clean locker room with showers and changing areas. Hot breakfast in the morning for a surcharge. Love the omelet station that was included. Overall a good stay!

everything seemed fine when we checked in but then we got charged a different amount than what was shown on hotels.com, was literally a 100 dollar difference. but ok get the room there was dirt all over the floor, and we lifted up the sheets to the light and there was stains all in the sheets. not very clean at all!!! never staying here again!!!!

Great location and staff very professional and helpful. Wish there were more dining options. Nice lobby bar but most people hanging out there brought their own food despite signs saying not allowed. Somewhat hard to get table service at lobby bar.

One of the worst experiences. They left us waiting for an hour for towels while we were cold in the indoor pool, and we were with our 2 year old daughter! Theyā€™ve also failed to change the door lock batteries - twice - leaving us hanging in the hallway with a 2 year old who needed to use the toilet, while being potty trained.
