Villa Ventada is a beautiful, comfortable villa which has been furnished to a high standard. The owners have taken every effort to ensure the villa is equipped with everything you could ask for to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The villa is surrounded by a colourful Mediterranean-garden with a prolific lemon tree in the front garden. There is a private swimming pool with steps leading in and a hand rail for safety. The surrounding terrace is south facing and enjoys the sun most of the day. On the rear pool terrace there is a family-sized gas barbecue and a shaded dining area with seating for 6. There are comfortable sunbeds and plenty of space for lying out in the sun or shade.

The living area and bedrooms all have individually controlled air-conditioning. Downstairs there is also a ceiling fan. There are insect screens on the windows and doors so that they can be left open for fresh air whilst keeping any flies or mossies out.

The living/dining area is furnished with comfortable settees and a dining table with seating for 6. There is a large-screen tv with access to English tv channels and apps like Netflix, Apple and Prime which you can access from your own accounts. There is fibre optic wifi with an extension upstairs enabling you to have fast internet access throughout the house.

The kitchen is modern and spacious with electric hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher and plentiful high-quality glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking aids. There is an adjacent utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Pool towels are provided.

Upstairs there are 3 en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with spacious ensuite with large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and an ensuite with bath and shower over. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with sets of drawers and feature high, beamed ceilings and individually-controlled air-conditioning. Bedroom terraces look towards the marina and sound and there is a lovely outside sofa, chairs and table which are perfect for enjoying a sundowner whilst taking in the beautiful views.

The village centre is an easy 5 minute stroll away with a number of bars and restaurants serving Spanish, Italian and English food. There is a small supermarket selling fresh bread and provisions, a newspaper/ gift shop, a boat chandlers and a diving centre. Addaia marina is a few minutes walk away and offers a bar/restaurant which is a great place to while away the time looking out to the sound and watching the boats come and go. During high season kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles and boats can be hired at the marina. The diving school operates from Addaia throughout most of the year. Addaia is also a good base for those looking to explore the wonderful network of coastal walks which Menorca is famous for, with a picturesque section of the Cami de Cavalls accessed from the village.
