Located at the Marina Bay area that are highly accessible to all the touristy areas via public transportation, underpasses, foot bridge and taxis. Rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. Filtered water available in the room. Will surely go back.

The Pan Pacific is an up-market hotel - very comfortable and good sleep quality. The services are very good and the buffet restaurant - Edge - is great for breakfast and we dined in one evening. A wide varity of food on offer. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is close to the excellent Singapore MRT system. The online checkout however was not so good. I used it twice and provided credit card details which were charged to my card although I was told that checkout had failed. I went to the desk to checkout and was charged and I assumed my credit card sharges had noit go through. But they had. I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company which is annoying. I found the online checkin service was so slow as to be unusable and the online checkout charges you and then says checkout failed. PanPacific needs to do something about their IT system

This is the second time that I have stayed at a Pan Pacific Hotel, the first being in Melbourne, Australia. The location of the hotel, the quality of the rooms and the amazing service make this an amazing hotel. It is also attached to a mall, for the shopaholucs among you.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out services were efficient. It would be better if our room could be on a high floor. Hotel price for a night stay is expensive and that breakfast is not included. However, we added additional fee for breakfast and that the variety of foods and selections were abundant. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Too many issues in the room we stayed in. There is a red stain of a small soap size on carpet, shower door cant be closed completely, problem with turning off night light (was fixed by technician) Also there is no plug in the bath room for hair dryer which is pretty inconvenient. Good location tho, probably the only marketable trait this hotel has to offer, aside from the friendly staff out of this whole disappointing experience. Many other 5 star options present in this area so I feel hesitant to say I’d stay here again.

I would like to give 5 star overall as the hotel itself was great. But I am unable to due to their security bond procedure and the price of their food. The security bond is an extremely high amount per night. This was not communicated to me prior to check in and wasn’t listed anywhere at my time of booking. The kicker however is that we checked out 4 days ago and it’s not even been processed as a refund yet. This can take up to 21 business days I was quoted. And then however long it will take my bank to process from there. I think this is a disgrace in todays world of technology. I would not book here again purely based upon this. The drinks and food poolside is also very expensive even by Singapore standards so I didn’t like that aspect. Other than this the hotel was good.
