The room had a very strong smell of smoke. The floor was not swept. The sheets were torn. The show glass had soap scum all over it. The water from shower was not hot at all. The rooms was not clean at all. I could not switch to another room because the hotel was booked. So basically I had to stay in a smoke smelling room that was halfway clean. The staff was nice and caring about but couldn’t offer another room due to being full.

All of the staff here was sooooo nice, friendly, courteous and professional. I had been on the road for days and TRU-ly felt like I was at home for about 16 hours.
