My room was very clean, but my ceiling had cobwebs in the corners, and my tub had rust in the bottom that I was told wouldn't come out. I was also told that they are completely renovating the hotel from the top down, and once it is complete, everything will be updated. I was there for 2 days and never got any room service, but I did get more clean towels when I asked for them. The breakfast was pretty good, always fresh and hot and the variety wasn't too bad either. I received excellent customer service during my stay and was offered a discount on my stay when I return...I would stay at this hotel again.

Christmas vacation of hell
I will like to be refunded partially due to the inconvenience of construction going that wasn't mentioned prior to booking. The workers there working on the hotel had a speaker playing Mexican music every day. I provided pictures as well. The pool online prior to the booking said it was available when we get there they said the 23 of December it will be ready the 23 came and they said they don't know when it will be fix. These things are important to me and I need to know these things prior to booking if the pool and stuff are down because I have kids that look forward to that. To get to the hotel and find out the pool is not working and construction is going on with continuous play of salsa mysi6is unbelievable. Christmas trip disaster have I known any of these things prior to my booking I would have Not book that hotel. This is unacceptable!

Stayed here for one night on our way to Chicago. Overall, your normal mid-tier hotel experience. Staff was nice, the occasionally weed smell in the elevator, breakfast was pretty good, and normal west and tear of a hotel room but it was clean. Overall a solid hotel choice!

What do you expect for $70?
There was toilet paper crammed in the peep hole, a used toothbrush still in the bathroom, less than a half roll of toilet paper, and dried paint on the box spring cover. When I tried to shower the night of check in there was no hot water, this I mentioned to the front desk and they fixed right away.
