I had stayed on a Sunday night and forgot a small personal satchel bag. I realized my mistake Monday afternoon and called the front desk. The day shift hostess confirmed my bag was found by housekeeping that morning. I was able to retrieve my bag after spending Wednesday night again in Mesquite. So glad there are honest and understanding service personnel in hospitality world. Love this BW!

The staff was very professional and friendly. Our room was great except for the remote in the bedroom. We were in a suite (room 200). The TV remote was such that it was very difficult to change the channels, which was very frustrating. The accommodations were comfortable but aging But we would stay there again..

I booked through Expedia while I was right inside the lobby. It took all of 15 seconds for her get me stated on checking in. She saw how exhausted we were and gave us a room just a couple doors down. The room was clean and we finally had a place that had sufficient towels! Went to the pool and also got in the hot tub which were both nice and clean. Breakfast the next morning was nothing at all spectacular, in fact I would say it was lacking. Very few choices, but it was enough to get us going. Not sure about availability of ice as we forgot to grab some for our cooler before we left. Would definitely stay here again.
