Right next to park along the beach. A nice efficiency kitchen in our room with a huge walk in closet. Water was very hot with a shower big enough for 2.

First problem we encounter was the Elevator it don’t have the second floor written on it and door staff at the front entrance doesn’t tell you that you have to push the L button to go on the second floor to check in, the elevator broke down the morning we was checking out so we had to take 3 floors of stairs down with our luggage’s, we almost missed our Lyft driver to the airport. Fire alarm went off 5am Sunday morning everyone had to evacuate and we wasn’t given any type of voucher to compensate their guests.

Good location

Perfect location in South beach - right across from the beach and close to many great restaurants. It is an older boutique hotel but they are renovating it so our room felt newer. The service at the front desk was excellent and the staff was willing to accommodate some special requests that I had with no issues. They knew who I was in the 3 days that I was there. The entrance is a bit unique since you enter at the first floor and then take the elevator to the lobby on the 2nd floor.

So this property seems under constructionT, even with a makeshift smaller lobby, rooms are immaculate, rooftop, incredible views. Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but if you want something close to the action that is quiet and with wonderfully adorned, spacious rooms, this location is hard to beat.

Stay elsewhere - too much $ for the hassles

No one to answer the phone, the woman who helped me eventually was very nice... but - cable issues, I waited for the valet for like 15 minutes and there's no other parking. The lot they brought me to was not at all secure. The fire alarm went off in the building at 5:15am, and no one was at the desk to assist. I called the main office to see if they could locate the front desk person but they said they could not. We had to wait out on the street for the firemen to show up and let us back in.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is impeccably clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. Valet parking is conveniently located downstairs, which adds a lot of ease to the stay. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a lively shopping area. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

A very pleasant surprise!

Pleasant surprise!! I thought i had booked the Hilton Bentley(which is 3 blocks south of this Bentley. I wondered why the Hilton.com price was 3 times as much as the Hotel.com. Not the s ame hotel. It was a great stay with William and his staff. Yes they are going theu some construction but that didnt matter. Fro. The outstanding room with balcony to the rooftop pool and deck that overlook the park/beach. It eas a wonder 3 nights. This hotel is at the beginning of Ocean Drive and 5th, so none of the noise. We d rec this hotel to our friends.

Boutique hotel with kitchen studios/rooms and nice rooftop sundeck and pool right on Ocean drive and 5th Street across from Lummus Park. There is some car noise from Ocean drive but if you get an inner room, then it's fine. Rooms were clean and service was excellent. Walkable to everything. Hotel provides
