It is an old outdated hotel. The side we were on was on collins ave , with the contruction going and the trucks there was too much noise. Almost to the extent that you could hardly sleep

Enjoyed my stay, just a couple points/suggestions: - Radisson management and staff should start a plastic waste awareness and collection program along the beach. This could be done in conjunction with the city of Miami Beach that already collects on the beach pathway. I am sure the other hotels and property managers in the area would follow suit and all pitch in. It was surprising how much plastic waste there was on the beach every day. - Radisson and it's parent Choice Hotels should consider having permanent shampoo/soap dispensers rather than individual soaps plastic bottles. It would reduce plastic waste and there would be a significant costs efficiency. I believe most customers would welcome it. Just have individual ones available if people request. - the Shower head in room 1023 needs a fix, it does not stay in place :) Thank you and see you again soon

I'll do a more in-depth review when I get reimbursement or refund for the day that we didn't stay there on my credit card. We also have to leave a day earlier because of the weather and flight problems in this region because of the hurricane. They said that Expedia would need to email them to credit me back for one entire day a billing and that has not been done. That needs to get done pretty quickly

I enjoyed the location, the room was ok, the staff were friendly. The bar area by pool is hole in a wall, no variety, area a bit messy. We were there 4th of July weekend and it wasn't busy. We decided to have dinner at the hotels restaurant. The server was nice and attentive. However, the food and drinks were bitter, tasteless, and unappetizing. Definitely not worth it, overpriced ,and to top it off dessert we're limited and the had no candles. I complained to the manager and requested some sort of compensation. She said I could offer you a free drink. Yeah! Never again!

Room was clean and updated. Walls are very thin so you can hear a lot of the neighbor room noise quite easily. Got a message saying we’d only have housekeeping every 3rd day, but they ended up coming daily which was a nice surprise. Grounds and hotel was well maintained and the beach was beautiful with access to chairs and umbrellas. A bit far away from south beach and any variety of restaurants so be prepared to walk 1-2 miles or Uber to south beach for more dining options.

Our room was dirty, there's a pacifier and a baby rug left in our room. we don't want to complain about because it's to hassle to transfer to another room. this place is very expensive but the room is not properly clean.
