Nice Place and service to port of Miami.
Stayed over night to go on a cruise the next morning. They had a service to take you to the terminal. Across the street from shopping and 2 miles from Little Havana.

Very disappointing room conditions
The hotel location is great, and the price was unbeatable. However, the condition of the building is honestly quite dated and pathetic. I reserved 3 rooms. My parents room had a toilet that initially would not flush until a maintenance visit. My sister's family's room had black mold. There was no resolution except for a bill credit. My family's room had a celling leak (it was raining), and it was obvious that the ceiling had been patched over and over again. It was in terrible condition. You would think the ceiling could fall into the room at any time. We were moved into 2 rooms on another level, and immediately upon entering could smell the difference. We were also given a bill credit. I can not say that I would reserve at this property ever again.

This hotel needs to be shut down by the health department. Had a roach crawling on the wall so they switched our room but every floor smells so strongly of mold and mildew. The rooms are outdated and filthy. They smell of mildew is so strong it gave me a headache and irritated my fathers asthma. Staff was rude and told us feel free to cancel and find another hotel. We ended up packing up and leaving. And the valet lot is around the corner with only 10 spots, had to find public parking lot down the block. Horrible experience.

The hotel is in a convenient location but it is old/outdated and is in need of a renovation. It is an inexpensive place to stay so I understand that you get what you pay for. We did not find the room to be particularly clean but it was good enough to stay the night. The lobby area was large for waiting but the furniture was cheap and falling apart. I would not stay here again.

This is an older hotel and was pricey. Only one elevator was working which made for a very difficult departure the next morning. We ended up having to pull our bags down NINE flights of stairs so we didn't miss our transportation. Also, we were very surprised that the breakfast buffet cost $70 for the two of us. Not an overall good experience.
