It was amazing. The only problem was that they did not have extra beds at the beach so we had to wait for people to leave so that we can get beds. Some people got tired and bought their own beach chairs and umbrellas 😂

The dining staff and cleaning staff were all respectful and hospitable. My poor rating is for the concierge whom I found to be rude, condescending and in genuine. Every time I needed something I avoided going to the front desk because they were just that intolerable. They need a new hotel manager, because that Ashley woman is really the root of the issue!

Great friendly hotel. Best beach in Miami Beach. Blue waters, nice rock area for snorkeling, full of different types of fish. Breakfast and diner, like all the riu hotels, fresh, tasty on Buffett style. Bartenders are very professional and drinks are well pour. Pool and rooms are clean and spacious. Corridors to the rooms were dirty and the room was dated. The service was generally good but unfortunately the hotel is in dire need of some investment. The pool area was also tired and could be made a lot better. Also unable to use cash at the property. Only card or charged to the room. Not greet if you want to keep tabs on expenditure.
