Hotel is very nice and relaxing - pool and direct access to beach is very convenient and well looked after. Bar Collins has a great ambience with great food and drinks. Will definitely come again!

This Property Hotel is the best in all south beach. Location is great, just open a small gate and you walk few steps and you at the beach. I highly recommend, is my favor hotel.

I wish the rooms could be more detailed clean, like pictures hang in the wall, behind the curtains, corners of the beds….was a lot of dusty. The rest of the hotel was wonderful.

I always stay at this property.... Love it! Thank you also Expedia for my CREDIT!!! That was a surprise! The only down fall is this.... I paid for an Ocean View (kinda partial and not FULL ocean view.. I get it that I pay for the NIGHTS staying there but I was a little perplexed on why I had to pay the UPGRADE fee and I checked out like 6 am??? Front desk told me that I had to pay it.. I was like BUT I am leaving????? Not too happy about that... 😔
