The check in was self check in, not user friendly. No room service for breakfast. They charged me $75 for one extra hour to checkout. The swimming pool had a lot of chlorine, my kids eyes hurt for the rest of the day.

The hotel is very nice and the service excellent. The rooms are painted very dark colors and offers very little natural light, but we spent most of our time outside. Amazing location with a myriad of shopping and dining options. Keep in mind, although it’s pet friendly they will charge you a $150 cleaning fee which I consider a bit excessive. The rooftop pool and bar was very nice…good delicious and service was very good. They also offer free bikes which were a fun way to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was super dark, there was not enough light fixtures, same orange color throughout the whole room including bathroom, walls and ceilings makes me think it was cheaper to do it that way than to have a lighter color on the ceiling, there wasn't extra pillows in the bedroom. There is no electric plugs by the "closet" (there is no closet, its just an open space with a rod to hang clothes and some drawers) next to where the clothe steamer is. Not going back ever.

My stay was so wonderful that I want to come back for a longer trip! I didn’t get take in all of the beauty of the property due to time so I hope to come back soon. The only issue I had was during checkout when I couldn’t find the agent. I was waiting around for 10 minutes before finding someone to page him which isn’t acceptable as I had a flight to catch. Other than that, all of the other staff was amazing. Special thanks to Jason for my check in and the staff at Mayfair Grill and Landon at SipSip! Thanks again, see you soon!

My recent stay at Mayfair was incredibly disappointing. Not only was the housekeeping service abysmal—towels were torn with holes, and sheets had visible bloodstains (called front desk and all the lady could say is “we don’t have anyone from housekeeping to take sheets” —but despite requesting housekeeping more than four times, they never showed up. We spent three days without any servicing of our room, which was particularly frustrating as we would take our dogs out for several hours to avoid the housekeeper to be in the room with our puppies. Even a simple request for a bar stool to be delivered to our room on the wedding day was mishandled; the front desk agents failed to follow up, leaving us without the necessary furniture. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor service severely impacted what should have been a special occasion. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay. We continued adding nights to our stay which we really regretted as each day everything would be worse than before. To anyone thinking of staying here… just don’t! What was supposed to be a mini relaxing honeymoon turned out to be a disappointment in this place.
