The property was convenient, however, we booked a room with 2 queen beds but when we checked in, they only had a king bed with a pull out couch. The couch was a bit small for 2 people to share. Apparently they were overbooked. The front desk did what they could to help.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite. Upon arrival, I was confirmed that I would be in a 1 bedroom suite, but when we made it to our room, we were placed in a standard king room. I addressed this with the front desk staff and was told that there are no available 1 bedroom suites due to an issue with the ac however when looking online it said there was two available rooms like this. So highly dissatisfied does not begin to describe how I feel. Also someone attempted to break into my car while it was parked at this hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay outside Hershey, this does the trick. Not a ton of frills, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. A couple hiccups, but that’s life sometimes. Like I said, did the job.

It was obnoxious to pay a deposit for incidentals when the first thing I notice in my room is cracks in the walls and ceiling, as well as chipped paint. This is the most run down holiday inn I’ve ever been to.

The hotel was very dirty. The pullout bed had popcorn, coins, and dirt on the mattress. They didn't give us clean sheets for the additional bed. The only sink in the room was clogged. I will not be staying in Holiday Inn ever again

We were there for 2 nights…We were not aware that breakfast was not included in our booking, and when asked if we wanted to charge it to the room we said yes, but we’re never told a price. When we went to select food, the French toast was cold, there was no oatmeal, there was a dirty coffee mug next to the coffee pot, and other trash and dirty items on the tables next to the food. My husband picked up some “napkins” and they were tissues! In our room the toilet paper roll was falling off of the wall, and the tv remote barely worked. The floors were extremely “sticky” in the elevator, not sure if it was from a recent spill or what, but it was kind of gross. Convenience to the turnpike did not make up for these items.

The rooms didn’t feel overly clean, you could see mirrors were not cleaned thoroughly. Large amount of mold on window sill and furniture was worn or pieces falling off they propped a chair by the A/C and when I moved it the whole front of the A/C fell off. The maintenance man was extremely nice and worked hard to fix it.

Upon checking into our room, our bathroom was covered in black mold. There was “wall cut outs” to expose the mold and when I took a photo down to the desk their response was “oh yes, they are doing repairs to that specific room. Do you want to be moved?.” I asked to be moved to another floor completely because it was very late and they insisted we could only be moved 2 doors down. That room was “newer looking” but had a strong chemical smell. Then I couldn’t reach anyone via phone or even at the front desk. I left my keys on the front desk and my daughter and I left. Mold was in room 308.
