This hotel is very beautiful! Our room was massive and located several floors up. The staff were very kind, and I’ve noticed they are multilingual. Check in was very easy as well as checking out. It’s conveniently located right by the Milan train station as well as the underground transit station, making public transportation very easy! Highly recommend!

Disappointing experience
Disappointing Experience My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, things started off on the wrong foot. After I paid for my room, I received no information about the hotel amenities—no instructions about the minibar, no details on breakfast, not even the Wi-Fi password. It felt as though the staff had no interest in ensuring a pleasant stay. The service was equally disappointing. I called three times to request water, with each call spaced about 15-20 minutes apart, yet the water still took an unreasonably long time to arrive. This level of service is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The towels provided had old hair on them, which was extremely off-putting. Thankfully, I had brought my own, but this is not something any guest should have to deal with. Additionally, the bathroom walls were visibly dirty, further adding to my discomfort. Overall, this experience left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of their service and cleanliness standards for future guests.

The hotel was good, very close to the Milan Centrale. Couldn't checkin early and only at 2.00 pm check-in time which was a little late but fine. The holel had a good luggage storage facility so was able to keep the luggage while we waited for checkin and went out to eat. The shower had no door so that meant the wash basin and the mirror was not available for use by other oerson.

We took the train in to Milano Centrale, and the next morning took a bus to Linate airport. Perfect location! No guesswork for our weary minds on how to find the hotel, or the bus.

Hotel is close to all day tour meet up point, train station (if you are travelling to and fro other cities) and bus stop (to the outlet mall). But the vicinity around the hotel is quite quiet at times and the presence of homeless people/etc at the nearby park/piazza could be a concern. Hotel may want to indicate room with views do not have bathtub unlike what was stated in the room description. And lastly, if you are used to the hospitality and room amentities of asian hotels, dont expect this from this hotel, like most Italian hotels.

This hotel was close to the train station which was great for travel. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

AC wasn’t working even though the thermostat inside the room was adjustable. We thought it was due to power saving mode when we were not in the room. At checkout, we gave them feedback and they told us it’s being controlled centrally and they only turn it on when guests call into the front desk! That would have been a great info to have during check in and not check out. Breakfast buffet was limited and one day after they charged us, we realized most of the items are finished and were not refilled as it was more towards the end, but again, that would have been a good info to have before getting charged and entering. Despite all of these, the room was nice and clean and the hotel was walking distance to the train and metro station. Location was great.

Pleasant stay at Hotel Glam! Super convenient to Milan Centrale train and metro stations. Great restaurants nearby. We had junior suite and it worked well with two young kids. Shower was amazing!
