Exemplary Service
Stayed 6 nights in a King Suite, loved every minute! Room was clean and very well appointed, bathroom well lit. Bed was really comfortable and everything worked well. Service was warm, personal and I felt genuinely cared for. Had a couple of spa treatments and they were fantastic! Breakfast buffet could have had more selection and been served faster. Will definitely stay here any time I’m back in Auckland.

Amazing service food and comfortable peaceful surroundings. Very close to downtown city and harbour, ferry terminal shopping bars and restaurants. relaxing environment within an open friendly hotel offering great views .
