This property is very rundown.We stayed there about six years ago and was very nice but this time,we were very surprised how the property is rundown.Paint is peeling from the ceiling,carpet around the windows and corners is almost ripped,the shower is very high I need the help of my husband to get in and out,in Kitchenette the cooktop is very very dated and pots are all scratched so I couldn’t and wouldn’t use them as the surface is peeling off. I end up buying some dishes so I could cook. Around the swimming pool the tiles are very loose some even coming off,very unsafe.Also we think the property should have a security 24/7 as one night after midnight someone wanted to come into our apartment through back doors on the balcony. We’re very scared that night and very nervous for the rest of our stay. Sorry for my honesty but we’re very disappointed.Otherwise we love where the property is it’s very close to shopping and everything else.

I am an 82 yr old woman with climbing disabilities and I was put upstairs. I booked for a double and then phoned them and changed it to a single. I was still charged at a double price as there was a King Size Bed in the room which I did not need. The 20 stairs up and down deterr me from going out several days when I was not well. The room was good but the outside was very shabby and outdated not like you advertise.

Unfortunately it's not a Resort. The property needs a lot of TLC! Old furniture torn dirty chairs and tables. Couldn't have a BBQ! Our chairs were welded and old. Chipped glass not even enough plates or cutlery for me and my husband. No water in the fridge. Cleaner didn't vacuum or change sheets. Was very disappointed! ☹️

The staff were polite and very helpful, the dining room and meals were very good and the garden area was very relaxing especially having drinks in the covered area. The motel was conveniently placed in Mildura.

The room was more than adequate in size but it didn't have enough bag "benches" so bags were on the floor. Plenty of space to "spread out" with a lounge for casual seating. Bathroom was great in most areas but partitioning the toilet into it's own room left little room for the shower which was a bit "squeezy". Front door let in plenty of light and parking at back door made unloading easy.
