It was a nice hotel Decent size room Toilet and bathroom were separate rooms, not a major issue but there was no sink in the toilet room Staff were lovely Breakfast is okay, £15 - didn’t eat much for £15 Close to the shopping centre

I dreaded going out of my room because I had to go back to the reception on each of such ocassions for help with the door key. The WhatsApp number provided to reach the reception was not attended to when I needed heater in the room because the heating system wasn't working. I had to go to the reception where I was handed a heater. I certainly will not use the facility again.

The bedrooms were very large and clean with all you need. Unfortunately, in the reception area we found the settees very dirty. Terrible stains on the fabric, so thought I would turn the seat cushions over and see if it would be any better….only to find sticky sweet wrappers and crumbs stuck on the other side, obviously not been cleaned for months ☹️ disappointing.

Very impressed with this hotel!
What a nice surprise was this hotel! We booked a budget hotel as we only came in the area to visit a dealership however we were very pleasently surprised with this hotel! The staff is extremely nice (especially lady at reception), restaurant was ok (Faye was very helpful 👌) and it even had a pool and a play area for the kids! The rooms are very spacious and we even had a sofabed for my toddler! I must say this is very good value for money and it makes me question all these 4 star hotels that overcharge for the same type of services...Well done, Novotel!

The welcome to check in at reception was a little cold. The gentleman who dealt with us could have had a more friendly chatty manner. Facilities here are great pool was lovely. Would stay again if in the area
