Staff was nice. Checkin was easy. Hotel was visibly being remodeled and had some damaged/broken fixtures. The hotel is conveniently located right off a main road but the area around the hotel looked like a construction site.

We were not informed that the pool was under maintenance before our stay. We were staying for a family get together and had lots of kids that were looking forward to swimming. Very disappointed in the fact this was not available. Attempted to see if we could swim at a hHoliday inn sister hotel and were told that was not an option.

friendly staff. quiet. close to mall and lots of restuarants. Easy drive to airport when not in rush hour. Takes about 20 minutes. Good exercise room. No pool but plans to build one.

The rooms were clean and I felt welcomed by the staff. It was somewhat difficult to get into and out of the property as the hotel was located next to train tracks. The parking lot had limited parking, but there appeared to be construction around to perimeter of the building.

Overall, we had a good stay at the Holiday Inn Express-Eden Prairie. Our room had 2 bathrooms in it which was great for our family of 6. Breakfast was also very delicious! Sad that they didn’t have a pool. Room next door was very loud, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There was also a weird sticky spot on the carpet in our room.

I really enjoyed the Hotel because it had two bathrooms and that was terrific and it saved a lot of time for us to be able to change clothes and to enjoy the city
