Beautiful property. Room was great, but of course not perfect. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room one time, and I stayed 4 nights. It took 2 calls (a day apart) for them to refresh my towels. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Very appealing property with charming amenities, convenient access off-site, and a well-staffed restaurant a great chef! The parlor suite was excellent except my check-in was delayed for 2 hours and the refrigerator was inoperable during the length of my stay.

All in all it was a reasonably priced, decent looking hotel with a not too shabby room. Based off of those aspects it's a solid hotel, but the main aspect for me that threw off my stay was in regards to the parking of the hotel. I purchased the self parking option ahead of time just because I figured I could park my car and get in and out of the hotel fairly conveniently if need be. But it turns out the hotel doesn't actually have it's own parking lot, it's actually at the Aria and you need to get onto a tram with a few stops to get to where you need to. I don't have an issue with trams but for whatever reason and even though it's not rocket science, it's kind of confusing and there's a little bit of a learning curve because it's really easy to get mixed up while you're trying to figure out how to get to the parking lot. It's hard to explain until you experience it for yourself. Not a deal breaker but definitely inconvenient if you happen to want to park a car and have access to it.
