Extremely dirty pose a huge health hazard. 1st room got had smell of dead mice. Door was easily accessible with a screwdriver very unsafe. Filthy rooms and facility throughout. Broken shower and running water in toilet. Address to staff which they shrugged it off like oh well itā€™s cheap you get what you paid for. Very unprofessional. People was dealing drugs out behind building and prostitution behind building. You can hear with window prop a little open. Would never recommend this place. Ran into owner and gave him feedback and he just try argue instead of note it and try fix issue. I donā€™t understand how this place is still in business and how health department not noticing the issue with this place. Online reviews are 1-2 stars will pretty much horrible experiences. Health dept and city inspectors needs to visit this establishment. Itā€™s very unhealthy and usafe for consumers. Online pictures and description of place has to be seriously outdated. Please someone needs shut this establishment down

Premises was dirty, including the loby. Roaches and bedbugs in the rooms. Please please, it was a complete dissapointment for all my friends who lodge there. Do not dare spend your money to this filthy place. They have people living at the loby and children running around the lobby in diapers. No AC at the lobby. It takes for ever to have you checked in and you will be sweating and feeling very unsafe at the lobby as people smoke herm at the lobby. please I repeat, do not spend your money in the slump.

We got stuck in the elevator for over an hour. I lost a job because of that, my wife and I were both traumatized and need therapy now and my widr hasn't been able to return to work ever since. She has panic attacks every day. The fire dept had to rescue us.

The staff is horrible and make up they own prices they charge extra fees that they come up with off top of they head. The housekeepers never have towels and NEVER DO SERVICE. When u pull up to the property it look abandoned, dirty and bees everywhere when u walk in the lobby kids playing all over the place

This place is NASTY and the front desk make up they own prices and they are rude as hell. Housekeepers never have towels and donā€™t ask for service cause thatā€™s a no go. I will be calling the corporate office because that place should be closed. Itā€™s a place to stay long term if u traveling but no where to wash clothes and the free breakfast online is a lie they put out WATERED DOWN coffee and thatā€™s it. All the amenities they have online is a lie itā€™s a true DUMP

Very dirty the room wasnā€™t even swept, looked like the used dirty blankets for the beds, bathroom wasnā€™t even cleaned, cockroaches everywhere, no breakfast, kids crying all night and riding bikes up and down the halls screaming and banging and the tv didnā€™t work had to check out early Iā€™m not happy at all for the price I paid requesting a refund

Fruit flies, sheets not clean, floor stained, tub was not clean-had a dirt ring, sink was gross, night table not clean (sticky), old batteries in the remote, garbage piled up outside, door propped open, staircase had old water bottles in them, random people hanging out front blocking the front entrance. This place is horrible. They didnā€™t have a working tub and the remote was missing. Kids were running in and out the the elevator to see what floors guests was staying on. Definitely would not stay here and would prefer a refund. I couldnā€™t even stay the second night because of the issues
