The room was shabby stained carpet & furniture the bath had black sealant around the top which needs replaced. Lamp shades stained. Poor choice of tea or coffee . Pillows are poor quality, the sheets are creased. The room did not have a clean feel at all.

Loved room size and bed was comfy, except for very strange tiny pillows. Generally room was very clean. In-room coffee was awful, and only enough for one small cup. Lobby coffee only marginally better. Price was fair. Staff was bad. Check in guy looked like he hadnā€™t seen a brush, razor, or shower in days/weeks. Morning staff (manager maybe) was wearing a thong beneath a pair of what I can only describe as ā€œgauzyā€ and very ā€œsee-throughā€ pants (I donā€™t need to see this, it was disgusting and crude to say the least). She was also wearing flip-flops, but was totally barefoot most of the time, while she was working to fix a beverage dispenser during breakfast (around 7:30am). Very loud and unpleasant, acting as if there were no actual customers in the breakfast area. Quite awkward.

Experience was good, wish there were a few changes in the bathroom and room though. Changes would include a towel rack near the shower, somewhere to place shampoo bottles in the shower as there was none, and then the light switches were all wrong. To clarify about the lighting, one switch would turn on a different light in a different room and then turning off the main light would turn off or not allow other lights to turn on. The location is perfect distance to most places we wanted to go to, including mall of America.

We enjoyed our three night stay while in the area. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The hot breakfast items were tasty and the pool and hot tub was nice. There were plenty of dining and grocery shopping options very close to the property. We would stay again.

Not much to say, it was fineā€¦ Nothing spectacular, but it was serviceable. The only issue we really experienced was with the guy who checked us inā€¦ he just made us a little uncomfortable, making a comment about knowing someone who lived on our street (based off of the address on my wifeā€™s ID). Not a big deal I guess, trying to make small talk or somethingā€¦ but making note of a home address is just weird

Tv did not work in the room. Night staff thought we would be compensated, but could not commit himselfā€¦ inquired about it several times at front desk.. front desk person gave me the run around several time, said I would get a phone call by manager. Left my number but no callā€¦ guess the hotel doesnā€™t care!!!

We ran in to put the stuff up then went out eat so we didnā€™t check the room. Came in after dinner the bed sheets was dirty with dirt foot prints. Looked like they didnā€™t clean the sheets, towels had holes in them. The pull out had holes also and strong smell of urine. We went to Walmart and bought everything. Even brought to their attention, still havenā€™t gotten a response. Our stay a negative Experience.

AC UNIT in living room of suite 204 did not work. Standalone living room light table shorted out when turned on, 4 light bulbs out in bathroom. Really disgusting old year old couch and chairs in living room. Room is in need of new paint.
