The stay was enjoyable, and the hotel is so close to the city centre for easy walking, yet far enough away not to hear the hubbub of the city centre life. The only distraction was some strange noises at night. The heat pump guggled, and a humming seemed to come from the basement. It was not enough to keep you awake but enough to notice in the quiet of the night. Despite this, our stay enhanced our trip to Queenstown.

Very central, my only complaint would be coming back to our room at 3.45pm ish and room service had not been attended to , then got a knock on door , had to vacate while they then completed our room service

House keeping was terrible. They never made beds properly or cleaned the washroom fully. There was no body wash for shower when we arrived. We had to wait until the next morning. The housekeeping had to be reminded to refill stock of tea bags and creamer. We were not impressed with the property. The location was excellent rhough.

The Ramada Queenstown Central is a modern hotel with a good restaurant and bar, The room was immaculate with good bed and shower, and also washing machine and dryer. It is within walking distance of the CBD, Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel

Everything was great with the property. Clean, maintained, nice staff. My only complaint is the bed which has been an issue with NZ hotels. The king bed is just two beds pushed together. However, The queen bed are fine.

The staff were great and the room had a view of the lake. The hotel has a bar/ restaurant so you can get food drink and coffee. Bus stops are very close and using the Bee card makes travel cheap.
