This hotel is showing its age and lack of upkeep. Our room had no soap, the towels were yellow, and the carpet was coming away from the wall. The pool was frigid - so cold we couldn’t swim. And the dirty hot tub was broken. I don’t think we’ll be back.

First time staying here..the front clerk on arrival was very friendly and helpful! Our room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. The pool and hotub were in very rough condition, rust spots , cement cracked, paint chips all over..and jets not working in hot tub. Once up in room after went to have a shower...the water hardly came up to shower..no water pressure and never got warm..so had to have cold showers. Went to lock up room for night and deadbolt has been removed from door and just a hole in door plate where it used to be. TV remote did not work but was able to figure out on tv. Was quiet hotel for sleeping and bed was very comfortable. Went down for breakfast..the coffee machine had no milk in it so instead of a latte it was water added to coffee. Juice machine did not have juice in it..and yogurt machine was broken. I understand hotels are hurting, i think better if they cant keep up with all the breakfast options either put signs on the machines or remove them. At check out the staff was really nice akd friendly..but when i let them know about the shower they seemed concerned but offered no resolution of a discount or any solution.

Microwave needed to be replaced as it kept dying. Front desk attendant needed to remove the sink drain stopper since it was stuck and stayed like that for the stay. I contacted twice to ask if the pool and hot tub were working. Never received a message back. Arrived and hot tub jets not working. Got home and my credit card was charged for the stay I already paid for. Contacted the property to inquire and there was no answer .

Our 2nd stay here within 9 days. We love everything about this plate. The Quality & Cleanliness is simply AMAZING! The hot breakfast is also worth bragging about. Rooms are comfortable. Ivwoukd stay here again and again and again!

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. All very friendly. This was a second stay, and it’s gone way downhill. Hot tub is full of sediment, actually feels like a foot of gravel on the bottom and seats. Door to room didn’t close latch unless husband used major force and then it was ridiculous to try to open. There is maybe 7 channels on the tv, and it volume doesn’t turn down. It’s surface clean. Really no eagerness to fix anything in this place. Will book elsewhere next time.

We stayed at the property for 9 days. The room was clean when we arrived, but in order to receive maid service, we had to sign a clipboard with our room number on it (we found this out after 2 days of no service). When we did get service, we (my wife and I) were given two wash cloths, one hand towel and one bath towel. We went down and requested and received the additional, missing towels -only to find (once back in the room) that a bath towel was dirty. The delay in maid service meant we had to empty our own, overflowing trash cans in our room. The toilet roll holder was mounted such that the bar would not stay in, so the roll kept falling on the floor-resulting in the roll being kept on top of the tank. The hallways, lobby and breakfast area were not heated, so we had to wear our coats while eating breakfast. Day 1 the breakfast was fully stocked, but each succeeding day something ran out; first it was yogurt, then orange juice, then plastic cups for the waffle batter. Our stay last summer was great, but this one...not so much...

Very cold in the hallways and dining area. Had to wear a coat for breakfast . Jets didn’t work in hot tub, hot tub lining was abrasive. Coffee pot in room had not been cleaned from previous occupants with old grinds left in it. Manager was never available to talk to when asked for. Staff were all walking around with big hoodies on as well. Breakfast itself was good. Also sidewalks weren’t shovelled.
