This townhouse has been recently remodeled and is very bright and cheery!! You have a view of The Gulf from your balcony and comes with free internet. The private beach access also has a gazebo for your enjoyment! Gulf Winds East 40 sleeps 8. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Sunday to Sunday rental peak season.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. First trip to Destin/Miramar Beach
Past comments and pictures of the unit were spot on - no surprises. The walk to beach was 2-3 minutes so a great location. Had no issues during our stay except with the keypad and had to contact the host to get another code - quick response and worked fine after that.

Great place to stay close to the beach
We were super impressed with our stay, the condo was super clean and had so much room for our family, we loved that each bedroom had its own bath plus bathroom down stairs with washer/dryer. The walk over to the beach was basically out of the condo across the street and you are there, clean beach with the most amazing clear water ever. We will for sure be back

Amazing property. Our family had such a great time. Very short walk to the beach. Cool AC. Great kitchen. Highly recommend. In fact, we tried to book again for the next year and it wasn't available.
