This rental includes the use of a six AND four seater golf cart. Our quaint two bedroom, two bathroom cottage in Laurel Grove is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and alongside a picturesque catch and release fishing pond. Laurel Grove is among the the Resort’s newest and most beautiful neighborhoods. The Laurel Grove Clubhouse is a short walk away (about 70 yards) and features a private fitness center, heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor BBQ grills with a mini-kitchen. Take the golf carts anywhere on the Resort, or hop on the complimentary tram for a quick ride to the beach or the Baytowne Wharf!

Our tidy cottage style home is designed with vacationers in mind. The furnishings are fresh, cheery, and invite you to relax. With wood floors and comfortable seating, the family room is the central living area and leads to an old fashioned back porch through french doors. A large HDTV and DVD player is provided in the family room. Our fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and everything needed to whip up your favorite meal including a Keurig. There is dining seating for six guests, plus bar seating for two. There is also outdoor seating on the back porch. So sit awhile and enjoy a lovely pond view from the back porch.

The first level master bedroom suite is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, an entertainment armoire, plenty of closet space, and convenient access to the back porch. You will find luxurious linens on the bed and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The master bath features a double vanity, a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom is located just down the hallway, and sleeps 6 with a queen bed and queen over queen bunks, ample closet space, and an adjoining bathroom with an oversize shower. Bring the Xbox and movies! This home is equipped with three HDTVs and DVD players. For your convenience, there is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Cozy, comfortable house
6 people stayed in this 2 bed, 2 bath house. All of the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Property management was very nice and responsive. Propane tank was empty the first night and we were provided an excellent immediate solution. We hopped on the golf cart, drove to Publix, swapped the tank, sent them a pic of the receipt and we were refunded. Both golf carts ran great. We have stayed at this resort 4 times and we love it.

Cute property in great community!
Overall we had a great stay here! House was clean and updated. Kitchen was stocked fairly well. All the beds/mattresses were amazing! We slept well. Hall bath shower handle was broken on arrival, but beach blue was prompt in their response and had it fixed within a day. Front porch is not very inviting. Porch ceiling and walls/furniture were covered in dirt and bugs/cobwebs. It could use a good cleaning. Grill had three empty propane tanks, so we couldn’t use the grill on the day we intended, but they replaced the tank the next day, so should be good to go for next renters. Just fyi, the washer is great, but the dryer does not dry clothes well. We had to run it a few cycles to get our clothes dry. We had better luck with drying on the “easy care” setting. The golf carts were a nice amenity to have and we used them everyday. FYI, The orange one does not have a parking brake so it can roll on uneven surfaces. We just parked it in places where it wouldn’t roll, or we put something behind the wheel. The silver golf cart back seat is not secured so it can slide off. I would not put your Littles back there, and the safety rail on the front passenger side is loose. We did tell the management company so it can be addressed. The house is in a great community within the resort. Everyone we met was so nice and the pool was always fun.

The property was the perfect place for our family vacation! Having 2 golf carts was an added plus! We ended up having to move our original dates and the property management team was very responsive and accommodated our change. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we are in town!

Great neighborhood, clean house
Beach Blue Properties is great to work with. This was our second stay through them and we will continue to book with them. The property was clean, the location was great, everyone enjoyed themselves. The only thing I would warn is to bring hangers and pillows. The room only had one pillow per person, even our hotel on the way there and back had two per person. We asked Beach Blue to provide more, and they did, thankfully! However, we would have brought our own had we known. There were also limited hangers in the closets. Overall, the property provides what you need with starter supplies of everything. It's very clean, quiet, and relaxing. We would stay again in the future and will definitely return to the Sandestin area, renting through Beach Blue Properties.

Wonderful Trip!
Great location! The golf carts were a super plus for getting around. My 10 year old loved them! Ha This was our first year to stay in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort area. We will most definitely be back! The house was clean and perfect for us. We never had to buy ice, the ice maker made plenty. Beds were very comfortable. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas to the beach and it worked out great being up front and close. The only thing I could say was that the internet may need a new router. I was continuously having to unplug and reboot it. It lost signal A LOT! Thanks for sharing your place with us!! Hoping to book year two in a few weeks!!

2nd time we have rented this house. We like the location and pretty much everything sandestin has to offer is a hop in the golf cart. The house is clean and has quality furnishings inside.

Nice place as described on the Vrbo site. Only wish they would supply dishwasher soap, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. It is a big inconvenience when you have to go to store to pay for that, especially when you only need a little bit of each. Great location. Great having two golf carts that never gave us any problems at all. Near the pool and hot tubs. Near shopping, restaurants, tennis, golf amongst other things. Would recommend.

Great Vacation Home
First off, Sandestin is an excellent resort as a whole. We especially liked the Laurel Grove neighborhood, due to its seclusion, great location within the resort, and amenities. The home is situated on a nice pond with plenty of parking for the two golf carts and two cars. We were very comfortable in the home and enjoyed the décor. All the beds were so comfortable and the living room seating were as well. We had absolutely no complaints at all. We recommend this unit to anyone wanting to visit Sandestin.

Great week!
This house is in a beautiful neighborhood and wonderfully decorated. The beds are comfortable. The house is so close to Publix and and a quick golf cart ride away from Baytown Wharf and the beach. We would definitely come back:) Take some movies with you (as in DVD/blu ray) just in case the landscaper cuts the cable and internet. (This happened to us) The rental company was friendly when we told them and refunded money for the trouble. :)

Nice enough house, but read the fine print!
The house looks like it does in the pictures. It was enough space for my husband and me, and our three kids. The location is beautiful. On the other hand, the floors were sticky in the kitchen area. The linens were definitely not luxurious. There was a hole in the top sheet in the master. The furniture is worn out and uncomfortable to sit on. My main problem with this listing is not the house, but the property management company. They were so very rude when I called the housekeeping number and then the main number. They will definitely not help you with anything you may need and they will tell you that the answer was in the ‘before you come’ section of the app you were supposed to download. Basically - the fine print. There are no extras such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags - all the things that are totally easy to pack in your suitcase and take on a plane with you halfway across the country. Take everything you might need with you if you stay here. A little customer service and southern hospitality would’ve totally turned this experience for the better. Will not book with them again.

Beautiful House and Neighborhood
This was our second time staying at Laurel Grove and once it was great. We love Sandestin and the coziness of the complex. The layout of the house, the view of the pond, the proximity to the pool, and the use of two carts for the beach and restaurants is so convenient. We will be going back to Laurel Grove for years to come.

Awsome resort! The house was just the right size and close to the pool. We did have a couple issues. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom was not attached at the base so it couldn't be used and the dishwasher backed up sludge into the kitchen sink. The cleaning was lacking too, there were Cheerios in the closet on the floor. We do plan on returning to the resort next year and hopefully it was just a fluke with the issues.

One of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in
Staying at this cottage was an awesome experience! Its a gorgeous space with lots of light and windows, high ceilings, everything is updated, loved the soaking tub in the master, big comfortable beds, clean, no musty beach house smell, quiet and relaxing, the location can't be beat, and the two golf carts were a huge hit with our 7 year old. I loved that you are in your own removed space without shared walls. With Covid, we felt safer staying in a space that doesn't have shared hallways/elevators. The golf carts make getting to the beach so easy. Even though you have to cross under 98 (there's a tunnel just for the golf carts to use), its a short drive and preferable to some of the under 10 minute walk to the beach situations that you'll see advertised at a lot of the properties for rent in Destin. There is a Publix and tons of restaurants within a short golf cart ride, so you don't even have to leave the resort if you don't want to. The only drawback is the Sandestin Beach itself was super crowded and you are really packed in with other chairs and umbrellas (like 3 rows deep) but once you're in the water, you really don't really care. I would hands down stay here again.
