    Great Location
    This brownstone is perfect for 2-4 people looking to stay near downtown. It is an older building but the kitchen is updated and the place is solid. It was clean, well decorated, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. I walked to downtown to hit a couple stores, it is near all of the fun restaurants, and it was nice and quiet at night for sleeping. I would recommend this location.

    Cute place. Close to UM. Needs a little attention.
    Nice place within walking distance from UM. The kitchen needs a few things such as a baking sheet and a few other cooking basics. It’s near a slightly busy intersection so there was occasional street noise. We did not realize there is no dishwasher. The place is nicely decorated.

    This is a classic brownstone, high ceilings, beautiful door and window trim and tall baseboards. There was plenty of storage and the location was wonderful. We would stay here again.
