The hospitality was amazing, the rooms and the view were above and beyond, the barbecue corner and the pool were far beyond expectations, the staff was lovely and a guy named Bashar was a very high level service. Looking forward to coming back again.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect, situated in the heart of everything, yet offering a serene escape. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely helpful and polite. Every request or concern I had was swiftly addressed with a smile, making me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. I can confidently say that my time at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel was nothing short of five stars, and I eagerly look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay.
