This used to be a real premium experience, a concierge. Smaller fee for our dog. You did not mind paying a bit more for the personal touch. NOW they just nickle and dime you like crazy. A percentage fee for you to pay with your credit card! Plus a long list of other fees, I lost count. Since I don't get the feeling of checking in to a higher level of service next concert at the casino I walk the 3 minutes, save a ton of money and stay at the Amsterdam or Comfort Inn.

The room (403) needs an upgrade considering the amount paid. The room lighting is very dim and needs brighter lights installed. The bathroom needs a major upgrade (sink was cracked, flush was dirty, off hinges and no cover. ). Desk was stained. The bright side was the room was big and lots of storage space.
