The air stopped working which caused me to be hot. Went to staff and they were very unpleasant and unprofessional! I left in the middle of the night since the problem couldn’t be solved

We had booked for the 2nd and needed to change it to the 3rd ; we called and the lady was extremely rude but she made the change ….well she said, she did. On the 3rd I called to confirm and once again the person who answered the phone was very rude. She first couldn’t find my name in computer at all . Then she found it and said they had charged me for the 2nd. So not only did I not have a room but I lost my money. This is terrible service. We came into town thinking we had a room , and didn’t, but worse was charged for a room we didn’t use. We will never stay here and recommend no one else does.

The beds are very hard. The bedding was stained and old. The air conditioning didnt work very well. The free breakfast was a joke. Very short hours, compared to other hotels, only drink option was coffee. The attendant didnt even care to refill things. Very limited seating, about 7 tables. All the positive reviews, must be the workers. 😞

Though clean and functional, this hotel has not been well maintained and is no longer as nice as it once was. The wainscotting was broken in areas, the drywall inexpertly patched, holes in shower walls caulked but unsightly, the bottom of the microwave rusted, etc. I got the feel that the management was not trying very hard to keep the property maintained.

Hotel needs updating.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The conditions of the room is old. Outdated as one would say. The sofa looks very dirty and suspect. Didn’t want to sit on it at all. Had a towel that I was about to use and when I got water on it. I was dirty looking, very dingy. Good thing I had disposable face towels. Lastly, non of the usb port worked in our room. I reported that to staff.

Over priced hotel for its location/condition

Was greeted in the parking lot by a gentleman asking for money. I could smell the cigarette smoke through the walls most of the night. Some type of random red stains on the carpet and walls. Hotel could use a good cleaning inside and out.
