Everything that’s needed in a stay was included. Staff was friendly and location/room was clean! Only downside of our stay was no wifi available at the time. There were a few places to eat in walking distance with the breeze of the sea nearby. Cold AC was nice as well!

The elevator took too long to pick you up. There should be several elevators not just one. The woman handling the breakfast was friendly & had everything ready on time .

For paying over $500 a night, I expected much better. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, the faucet to turn on the shower was loose, no shower door so the floor would get wet. Small room, hard bed. The AC did not work.

It's a clean property. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Included breakfast was nicely done and provided good value for a simple hotel. Staff was courtesy. It was pretty noisy. Maybe understandably since there were alot of families with kids. My room faced the pool and alot of screaming families at the pool til late at night and screaming again starting at 7AM. Since I was a solo traveler I should have asked for a room facing the front of hotel versus the pool for this reason.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. I like the location close to the beach and Laguna Grande Regional Park. It’s perfect for a morning stroll.

Nice clean room at a decent price
Staff was very friendly. Made checking in simple and enjoyable. Offered us warm cookies upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful even though it was not directly on the beach, you can still see the ocean in the distance.
