I knew exactly what to expect and what I expected I got. Plus there’s a gas station right there with a mini mart if your staying over for short biz trip or layover or renting a car to return to the airport, it’s very convenient.

The hotel is nowhere close to a 3-star rating. It should be rated as a zero-star hotel. Worse than a cheap, rundown motel.

Hotel is probably due for renovation. It feels like a cheap room where you want to wear shower shoes and wash your hands after touching things haha. But we didn't run into any issues, the staff was pretty friendly and the area seems very safe.

When we first arrived it looked fine but when we got ready for bed we noticed our sheets had stains on them underneath as if they weren’t WASHED,our extra toilet paper had stains on them, there was hair on our “new” towels, the floor was very dirty and the room smelled like smoke/musty. The rooms are very thin and you can hear everything and everyone. People would be running down the halls or talking and we could hear them. The trashcans down the halls were filled the entire time during my stay and over flowing onto the ground. I wouldn’t recommend nor stay again unfortunately.

The room was gross even know it was just cleaned hair all over the bed there was a dirty sock in the made bed it self took forever to get a room that was ready and then when I complained it took two and a half hours for them to fix it if I could call the health department I would . That's just to name the first couple of things

I never complain but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Myself and other guests were checked into rooms that were not cleaned. After I was told both my rooms were done they were done so quickly that they were still dirty, the housekeeper kept coming back with items saying he might have forgotten to stock them in the room. He then asked if the bathroom looked good enough because he rushed. The furniture was so run down and old that I did not allow my kids to sit on them. When I asked to check out I was told that I would have to talk to the manager the next day to see if I could get a refund but it’s not guaranteed so I was stuck staying. The website pictures are not what you will get. This hotel is beyond run down, dirty rooms, dirty floors in hallways, broken hot tub, and needs more staff.

I had requested a room prior to avoid climbing stairs due to physical limitations. Unfortunately, my request was denied upon check-in. Also, PG&E had called the hotel stating that the power would be shut off at 7:47am and restored at 5:00pm. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform any of the guests. Very disappointing experience.
