Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans cette très belle location, très bien aménagée et bien située, tout à fait conforme aux photos. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Unsere Anfahrt war etwas schwierig, da Google die Adresse nicht finden kann. Es empfiehlt sich zuvor telefonisch Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin aufzunehmen. Diese ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung sauber. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber mit allem was man braucht. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Strände und nette Orte zum Entdecken und Verweilen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Accueil parfait, location idéale avec une piscine chauffée et salée...vue sur des couchers de soleil splendide... josiane et annie sont des hotes très agréables, très sympathiques, tout en étant discrètes...on les quitte avec un petit pincement au cœur...qui nous rendent la Corse plus attachante....on a déjà conseillé cette location à notre famille...

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette propriété très propre qui est idéalement placé pour visiter la Balagne. L’accueil de Josiane est excellent, discrète mais tjrs présente si besoin. Nous n oublierons pas les tortues, ses excellentes tomates et son chien cinto que notre filles a adoré. Le petit plus une belle piscine bien entretenue. Une super maison et une belle rencontre. Merci

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, der Pool gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und da, wenn gewünscht. Die Küchenausstaatung war mit Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle ausreichend. Lediglich ein paar zusätzliche grosse Tassen wären gut. Kann man nur empfehlen.

4 nuits à l'Alivi Monticello
Ns étions 4 amis qui avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement Alivi, chambres avec literie très confortable et rangements au top, vue sur la mer depuis la cuisine bien équipée. Partant en balade tous les jours, nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine. Nous recommandons cette location qui se situe en impasse. Quartier très calme.

Excellent séjour au calme et très proche du centre d ile rousse
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille dans le logement L'Alivi, très propre, très agréable, spacieux et avec vue sur la mer ! Notre hôte, Josiane est d'une extrême gentillesse et de très bon conseil pour visiter sa région qu'elle connaît parfaitement. Nos filles de 7 et 4 ans ont adoré la grande piscine très propre et chaude (nous aussi d'ailleurs) !! Elles étaient tristes de quitter ce lieu pleins de surprises. Nous reviendrons dès que possible. Merci encore à Josiane.

Erholung für die ganze Familie
Wir haben wunderschöne Wochen in Monticello verbracht. Von der Unterkunft aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht von L'Ile Rousse, das nur wenige Kilometer unterhalb von Monticello liegt. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung (Geschirr und Besteck) könnte etwas großzügiger sein. Sehr angenehm sind die in den Schlafzimmern vorhandenen Klimaanlagen, die auch bei hohen Temperaturen einen guten Schlaf sicherstellen. Absolutes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, der die Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung bietet und insbesondere von den Kindern viel genutzt wurde. Vielen Dank auch an unsere Vermieterin, die in täglicher Arbeit für die Pflege des wunderschönen Gartens und die Sauberkeit des Pools sorgt. Außerdem haben wir gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge erhalten. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
