Great for the kids to run around, duck was not to friendly I'm guessing because the package to take a picture with the Quaker. Either way should have acknowledged the children in a better manner. The service itself was very bad. My phone only worked in lobby with no issue. My son lost a wallet with money and I understand there's nothing anyone could do but it was his birthday and I'm sure any thing besides we I'm sorry would have made a 8year old better.

The stay was great until the end. The night before leaving their internet service went down they informed me that their IT department was working on the issue. The next morning when I went to check out they told me the same story and told me that they could not check me out at the time nor could they print me A receipt but assured me that one would be mailed to me via the email on file. They put a $600 dollar hold on my credit card at check in per their policy which was to be released upon checkout. It’s been over 10 days and they still have not released the hold. I spoke with customer service and the promised to get back to me it’s been a week and now I can’t reach anyone to deal with this matter. Beware of this place I have never had this experience anywhere . Horrible ending to what was a short trip for my kids and grandkids. Would not recommend and will never return.!

10/10. My 14 year old and 11 year old twins had a blast! The staff was friendly. Excellent service. Beautiful property with so much to do. Planning on returning soon.
