I only have one complaintā€¦ one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because the website said it had parking availableā€¦ Google Maps sent us to the hotel but stopped at a point where it said we had to walk. We tried to communicate via WhatsApp and an automated machine responded. In the end I had to park on the street and pay 40 euros to be able to leave the car. When I complained at the hotel, no one came up with a solution for me.

I booked for two nights, they cancelled it as we didnā€™t show the first night (admittedly I had booked the wrong first night) was hoping to stay on the second night Iā€™d booked and paid for and woke up to it being cancelled. So we re-booked for the two nights again and asked for one night refund to which they refused despite them cancelling it. Disappointing despite the stay there.

I recently visited your hotel, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and we were comfortable and welcomed However, I did notice a problem with fleas during our stay. This was a bit concerning as it affected our comfort. While I appreciate the warm and welcoming environment, I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a completely enjoyable experience for all pets.

My room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly as well. The roomā€™s space is very well used and cozy. The restaurant and patio downstairs also look amazing, but I didnā€™t have a chance to try it. You can also leave your luggage in storage after check out so itā€™s very helpful if you want to explore the city so more. I will definitely rebook here if I revisit Montpellier!

Great (except for the hefty damage deposit)
Modern - trendy even! - and clean; great location very bear station and just 5-10 mins walk from main square etc; delicious breakfast buffet at reasonable price (10E). DOES have a lift. Room was not very spacious, but only major gripe was having to pay a big danmage deposit on arrival, which was stopped from my card (although not technically debited). I travel A LOT (eg 8 orher hotels in the last fortnight) and have NEVER had to do this before.

We stayed in a family room and it was very quiet. We never heard anyone while we were in our room. We didn't eat at the downstairs restaurant but it seemed like a popular hangout area for others. The staff was very warm and welcoming and held ours bags after check-out.

The property itself is in a good location, however I paid for my room with hotels.com and then arriving at EKLO they told me that payment had not been taken and insisted I had to pay again, which I questioned but did, then when the payments had cleared in my bank both hotels.com and EKLO had taken payment, and hotels.com said that EKLO are refusing to refund meā€¦.. be aware DO NOT PAY THEM AT THE HOTEL

Super sĆ©jour, le personnel trĆØs agrĆ©able et toujours avenant. J ai juste 2 petites critiques : pas de verre pour le brossage des dents (mĆŖme en carton) dans la salle bain et pas de penderie. 3 cintres, mais pour un sĆ©jour de 9 jours c est juste. Mais je chipote. :-)
