Very nice, comfortable place
Very nice hotel with a charming, young staff. The room in which we stayed, called Norvege, strangely had no windows. It did have skylights, which can be opened. It also required carrying baggage up a spiral staircase. All do-able, but perhaps not the best for those who are not agile. All that said, we had a lovely time. Great breakfasts and a good location within walking distance of the Place de la Comedie and lots of eateries.

C’était un peu trop long et désagréable vu le climat qui n’était pas favorable caniculaire et la présence des punaises de lit dans les chambres je saurais pour la prochaine fois c’est dommage ! Hormis cela tout le personnel de l’hôtel est toujours fort sympathique souriant et serviable rien à en redire ! Je les remercie tous en particulier Nicole ! Bonne continuation !

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with effective double glazing so nearby trains / trams are a convenience rather than a nuisance. Room a little small , daily problems with the room key. Excellent breakfast , nice terrace

Feedback for room 55 - troubles around
Smelt bad in the room, something like wc or bad cleaning of bathroom. Air conditioning not sure to work very well with an incident message on the command. And finally we were two, both agree with the shampoo/body lotion not very efficient.

Loved our stay here. Felt welcome as soon as we went through the door. The man on reception was joking whilst checking in guests. The lady on reception later in the day was also friendly & helpful. No problem with early check in. Bright spacious room.
